With our payment processor — Jobber Payments powered by Stripe — for the sole purpose of processing your payment securely. Payment information is never stored directly by Rob Polo Home Services. With our scheduling and operations software — Jobber — for the purpose of managing your service appointments and communications. With legal or regulatory authorities if required by law or in response to a valid legal process. In the event of a business sale or transfer — customer information may be transferred as part of the business assets. You will be notified of any such transfer.

PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURITY

Rob Polo Home Services does not store your credit card or bank account information directly. All payment information is processed and stored securely through Jobber Payments powered by Stripe — a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Your payment details are encrypted and protected according to industry security standards. Rob Polo Home Services employees never have access to your full card number.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Rob Polo Home Services photographs completed work on every job for quality documentation and internal record keeping. Photos may also be used on our website and social media channels to showcase our work. Your property may appear in before and after photos used for marketing purposes. Your name, address, and personal identifying information are never shared publicly without your explicit written consent. If you do not wish your property to be used in marketing materials please notify us in writing at liz@robpolo.com and we will honor your request.

COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your email address or phone number you consent to receive service related communications from Rob Polo Home Services including estimate notifications, appointment confirmations, visit reminders, invoices, payment receipts, and service follow up messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at liz@robpolo.com or 860-982-3300. You cannot opt out of essential service communications such as appointment confirmations and invoice notifications while services are active.

DATA RETENTION

Rob Polo Home Services retains customer information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Service records including estimates, invoices, and job history are retained for a minimum of seven years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us in writing. Note that deletion of your information may affect our ability to provide services or honor warranties such as our roof cleaning retreatment guarantee.

CHILDREN
